【到貨及配送注意事項】

感謝您選購我們的商品,請特別注意以下到貨及配送資訊:

1. 現貨商品

  • 下單後3天內出貨。
  • 若3天內未出貨,歡迎隨時電郵我們的客服查詢。

2. 日本、歐美版商品(代購)

  • 下單已經出版的商品, 會在14-21天內出貨, 實際到貨時間受海關、國際物流影響,可能提早或略有延後。
  • 下單已經出版的商品但在缺貨中, 會等待全部商品到齊後, 在14-21天內出貨, 實際到貨時間受海關、國際物流影響,可能提早或略有延後。
  • 下單仍未出版的商品, 直至正式出版後, 會在14-21天內出貨, 實際到貨時間受海關、國際物流影響,可能提早或略有延後。
  • 所有若遇廠商延後發行,將以官方最新公布之發行時間為準。

3. 訂單出貨原則


  1. 若訂單內包含代購商品,則會等待所有代購商品到齊後一起出貨。
  2. 若訂單內包含代購商品在缺貨中,則會等待所有代購商品到齊後一起出貨。
  3. 訂單內的商品只用一個包裹寄出, 除非商品重量太大, 才用兩個以上包裹寄出。
  4. 如果訂單內的商品缺貨時間超過30天或已經絕版, 公司保有訂單取消之權利。

商品鑑賞期須知

根據消費者保護法指出,影音、書籍、雜誌類型相關產品經顧客拆封後,沒有7天鑑賞期。

無法取消:1.) 進口商品 2.)限量 3.) 代購商品 訂單為特殊專單,訂單完成後恕不接受取消。

「除非商品有重大瑕疵,如:1.) 影音產品:跳針、破損等影音產品無法播放之情形。2.)尺寸規格錯誤等。3.) 書籍雜誌仍未開封膠套之前, 已經有明顯的缺陷、損壞或收到錯誤商品」

 

取消訂單須知

訂單完成付款後如因個人需求取消訂單時, 請透過電郵官方客服取消。取消時需附上訂單編號。

「線上/信用卡付款」(VISA, MASTER, 銀聯, Google Pay),待審核後將以系統進行刷退程序,實際退款時間請與發卡銀行查詢。

轉帳付款」之用戶,退款時需扣除之手續費, 需由客戶自行吸收,不便請您諒解。

可以取消:下單現貨商品者可以申請訂單取消。

無法取消:1.) 進口商品 2.)限量 3.) 代購商品 訂單為特殊訂單,訂單完成付款後恕不接受取消。

* 代購進口商品,  進口商品經由國外代購經理人代為訂購, 訂單如已完成訂購流程作業及付款, 恕不接受取消訂單。

消保處表示,「代購服務」是依照消費者要求而提供的購買商品服務,而屬「客製化給付」,不可退換貨。如對此有疑問,可與消保會申訴,本公司會依消保會建議,提供海外訂購單。訂購單不會與個人揭露。


退換貨須知

1.) 我們要求所有索賠都附上拆箱影片,影片需清晰顯示包裹被打開以及內部所有內容。索賠和拆箱影片必須由訂單的原收件地址接收人提供,以證明訂單中有缺少、損壞或錯誤的商品。您有7天的時間從訂單包裹送達之日起提交索賠,這7天是從訂單包裹送達當天開始計算,而不是從您打開包裹的時間算起。我們不接受因改變心意而進行的退貨、換貨或退款,必須有訂單問題才能提交索賠。

2.) 請在收到訂單包裹後立即檢查商品,若商品有缺陷、損壞或收到錯誤商品,請立即與我們聯繫,以便我們評估問題。我們對於損壞或錯誤商品提供7天的退貨和退款政策,這意味著您在包裹送達後7 天內可以提交請求,以申請退貨、換貨或退款。

為符合退貨或換貨的條件,商品必須保持收到時的狀態,未經拆封且在原包裝內。您還需要提供收據或購買證明。

損毀定義範圍須知

    •    塑膠包裝和部分外盒:這些包裝用來保護內部商品,損壞這些部分將不被視為商品缺陷。

    •    女優偶像照片卡:若照片卡背面(不含人像部分)有瑕疵,將不被視為損壞。

    •    反光下才可見的瑕疵:若女優偶像人像的瑕疵僅能在光線反射下看見,將不被視為損壞。

    •    小凹痕/小損壞及輕微彎曲和刮痕:在運輸過程中可能會出現的小凹痕/小損壞及輕微彎曲和刮痕不被視為商品缺陷,因此不符合索賠條件。

請提交您的拆箱影片,以便客服代表進一步協助您的訂單。請注意,您有7天的時間從送達日期起提交請求。

如果您在7天後或未附拆箱影片提交請求,您的請求可能會被自動拒絕。

For overseas buyers, please select "Home Delivery - Overseas Country," then select "SF Express/Courier" and the country/region you wish to ship to.

3. Select your payment method.

4. Taiwanese buyers choosing "Convenience Store" shipping, please fill in the complete buyer information.

5. Taiwanese and overseas buyers choosing "Home Delivery" shipping, please fill in the complete recipient information and address.

6. Order complete.


Terms of Service and Rules

【Arrival and Delivery Notes】

Thank you for purchasing our products. Please pay special attention to the following arrival and delivery information:

1. In-Stock Items

Orders will be shipped within 3 days of placement.

If your order has not been shipped within 3 days, please feel free to email our customer service for inquiries.

2. Japanese and European/American Versions (Purchase Agent)

Orders for published items will be shipped within 14-21 days. Actual arrival time may be earlier or slightly delayed due to customs and international logistics.

Orders for published items that are out of stock will be shipped within 14-21 days after all items arrive. Actual arrival time may be earlier or slightly delayed due to customs and international logistics.

Orders for unpublished items will be shipped within 14-21 days after official publication. Actual arrival time may be earlier or slightly delayed due to customs and international logistics.

In the event of a delay in release by the manufacturer, the latest official release date will prevail.


3. Order Shipping Policy

If an order includes items purchased on behalf of others, it will be shipped together once all purchased items have arrived.

If an order includes items that are out of stock, it will be shipped together once all purchased items have arrived.

All items in an order will be shipped in a single package, unless the items are too heavy, in which case they will be shipped in two or more packages.

If any item in an order has been out of stock for more than 30 days or is discontinued, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.

Product Appreciation Period Notice

According to the Consumer Protection Act, audio-visual products, books, and magazines do not have a 7-day appreciation period after being opened by the customer.

Cancellation is not possible for: 1.) Imported goods 2.) Limited quantities 3.) Goods purchased through third-party agents. These orders are special orders and cannot be cancelled after completion.

Unless the product has major defects, such as: 1.) Audio-visual products: skipped clicks, damage, or other unplayable issues. 2.) Incorrect size or specifications. 3.) Books and magazines: obvious defects, damage, or incorrect delivery before the packaging is opened.


Order Cancellation Notice

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please do so via email to our official customer service. Please include your order number when canceling.

For online/credit card payments (VISA, MASTER, UnionPay, Google Pay), the refund will be processed by the system after review. Please check with your issuing bank for the actual refund time.

For bank transfer payments, the processing fee deducted during the refund process is the customer's responsibility. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders that can be cancelled: Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled.

Orders that cannot be cancelled: 1.) Imported goods 2.) Limited quantities 3.) Goods purchased through third-party agents. These are special orders and cannot be cancelled after payment.

* For imported goods purchased through third-party agents, once the ordering process and payment have been completed, cancellation is not permitted. The Consumer Protection Committee stated that "purchasing services" are services provided according to consumer requests and are considered "customized services," therefore, returns and exchanges are not possible. If there are any questions, a complaint can be filed with the Consumer Protection Committee, and the company will provide overseas purchase orders as advised by the Committee. These purchase orders will not be disclosed to individuals.


Returns and Exchanges Policy

1.) We require all claims to include an unpacking video that clearly shows the package being opened and its contents. The claim and unpacking video must be provided by the recipient at the original shipping address to prove that there were missing, damaged, or incorrect items in the order. You have 7 days to submit a claim from the date the package arrives, not from the date you open it. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of heart; a claim can only be submitted if there is a problem with the order.

2.) Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If the goods are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem. We offer a 7-day return and refund policy for damaged or incorrect goods, meaning you can submit a request for a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of package delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the goods must be in the condition they were received, unopened, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

#Please note that your claim will not be accepted if you submit it after the 7-day period has expired.#


Damage Definition Guidelines

• Plastic Packaging and Parts of the Outer Box: This packaging protects the contents; damage to these parts will not be considered a product defect.

• Celebrity/Idol Photo Cards: Imperfections on the back of the photo card (excluding the portrait area) will not be considered damage.

• Imperfections Visible Only Under Reflection: Imperfections on the celebrity/idol portrait that are only visible under reflected light will not be considered damage.

• Minor Dents/Damage, Minor Bending, and Scratches: Minor dents/damage, minor bending, and scratches that may occur during shipping are not considered product defects and therefore do not qualify for claims.

Please submit your unboxing video so that our customer service representative can further assist with your order. Please note that you have 7 days to submit your request from the delivery date.

If you submit your request after 7 days or without an unboxing video, your request may be automatically rejected.
